The offer and sale of products through the site are subject to the following Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use are made in accordance with the legislation about contracts made outside business premises.


Parties to the contract.

The parties of the contract are:

- Carma Coffee Srl, rue du Commerce 19 Bruxelles,  Belgique, VAT number 0551850519 in the person of the legal representative;

- Customer: the final consumer or the natural person acting for purposes unrelated to his business or professional activities, who has an order accepted by Carma Coffee Srl.


1) Features and prices of products or services

Images of products may not be fully representative of their features but differ in color, size, optional accessories. All support information for purchase are intended as mere material for general information, not due to real characteristics of a single product. The products are offered at the price indicated on the site at the date when an order is executed.

Prices are inclusive of VAT which will be detailed in the purchase invoice of the product, if issued.

From the price shown are excluding transport and delivery costs that are still included in the final section before sending an order and specified in the order acknowledgment sent by e-mail to the customer.


2) Realization of orders

The customer is aware of buying in Belgium in accordance with its tax legislation.

Any charges due to the country of destination of the order shall be borne by the customer.

Orders are subject to limitations of minimum or maximum quantities and the products are offered in the stock availability limits.

If any, promotional codes offered by Carma Coffee Srl, are valid only for the products and during the period from time to time indicated. Promotion codes are not refundable and are not cumulative. To take advantage of discounts and / or offers related to promotional codes, you must enter the promotional code in the special area at the time of validation of an order on the site. If you forget, an order can not be canceled or renewed in order to take into account the promotional code.

Carma Coffee Srl will not accept orders that come from individuals who have not reached the age of majority.

The steps to place an order and conclude the purchase contract are clearly highlighted in the sequence of pages on the site through texts and explanatory graphics.

It's possible to correct any input errors before submitting an order.


3) Confirmation of the receipt of an order and acceptance thereof

When Carma Coffee Srl receives an order and its payment, it will send an e-mail to confirm the receipt, in which will be summarised all the details of the order.

If Carma Coffee Srl is not able to fulfil an order, it will notify promptly the customer.

It excludes any right of the Customer to damages or compensation, and any contract or tort liability for direct or indirect damages to people and / or things caused by the non-acceptance of orders.


4) Accepted payment methods

Carma Coffee Srl accepts payment only by the systems listed below:

- PayPal; online payment system that allows any business or consumer with an email address to send and receive payments, with registration;

-Debit Card; (Bancontact)

- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express); the total amount of an order will be charged only when the shipment of products takes place;

- Bank transfer in advance; when paying by bank transfer, the order will be shipped only when we are able to see the amount due on the bank account of Carma Coffee Srl.

The customer have to make a bank transfer for the amount specified in the summary page of the order following the instructions.


5) Product Shipping

Shipments and deliveries of products can be made in all countries reached by our courier, which can be viewed in the calculation section of postage. Carma Coffee Srl perform the shipment of products exclusively to the destination specified in an order. We do not accept shipments to PO Boxes.

Shipping charges may vary from country to country and according to the weight groups. The exact amount will be calculated and proposed during the purchase after the indication of data relating to the shipment.

Carma Coffee Srl, approximately within 48 business hours after order payment, will ship the products, by courier, to the address indicated by the customer. The delivery is usually made within 4 working days for Belgium. Delivery times outside of Belgium may vary from country to country.

Delivery costs are invoiced at the prices indicated on the site or communicated by Customer Service on the date on which the order is sent.

The recipient of the goods is to be considered responsible for payment of taxes and customs duties as provided by the laws of the destination area, while the courier is responsible for the delivery of goods.

Carma Coffee Srl  will undertake to receive any reports of failure, delayed or incorrect delivery of the products through the Customer Service and, where appropriate, to assist the customer to protect their rights as per law.

The goods will be dispatched only when the amount due has been credited to our Paypal account (if paying via Paypal) or our bank account (in case of payment by bank transfer or credit card).


6) Acceptance of the product by the customer

The customer agrees to contest immediately any damage to the packaging and / or product or the mismatch in the number of packages or particulars by affixing specific indication on the delivery document. By signing the slip, the customer attests the actual exterior product integrity and compliance of delivery.

Any problems with the actual physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 10 working days from receipt by sending an e-mail to  or by calling telephone number +32 02 5036298.


7) Invoicing

For each order received from a private customer who has entered the tax code an invoice will be issued, and for each order of professional customers or company. We will use the information provided by the Customer to issue an invoice. No change in the invoice will be possible after the issuance thereof. In the order, you have to indicate whether the shipping address is different from the invoice address..

The documents automatically issued by the site management system have non-tax purposes, but are intended only as a summary of the order. The invoice attached to the package containing the ordered goods is the one that prevails for tax purposes.

8) Warranty

All products, other than food, sold by Carma Coffee Srl  are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty and the 24-months warranty for defects of conformity. To use the warranty, the customer must keep the invoice, or, where existent, the transport document.

If your product proves to have manufacturing defects and / or have been damaged in transit, the customer can request a replacement of the same product, within the final deadline of 10 days after receipt, sending an e-mail to or contacting the Customer Service at telephone number +32 02 5036298.

The customer is also obliged to return the defective or damaged product in its original package in all its parts.

In case of replacement of the product, the shipping costs for the return shall be borne by Carma Coffee Srl. Carma Coffee Srl  will then replace the product with an identical or, in case of out of stock and by arrangement with the customer, with one product of equivalent value.


9) Application and modification of Conditions of Sale

By placing an order, you represent that you have read the information provided during the purchase process and accept the Terms of Sale.

Carma Coffee Srl reserves the right to vary the Conditions of Sale by notice in this website page; the applicable Terms of Sale are those in force at the time of an order.

Any change will be effective after the publication on the site.


10) Site registration

Registration with username and password is optional. If the Customer does not wish to register, it may conclude the purchase anyway: only the data needed to delivery and to create an invoice will be required.


11) Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The sale of products and / or services takes place in Belgium and is subject to the Belgian laws. Jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute will be that provided by current Belgian law at the time when the contract is concluded.
